Cindy Lou was born on February 21, 2007. She is by multiple World Champion sire, Zippos Sensation and is out of the late APHA Champion mare, Red Classy Dee. Zippos Sensation has sired over 50 World and Reserve World Champions and is the 1st paint horse to be nominated to the NSBA hall of fame.
Red Classy Dee is by the paint horse foundation sire, Red Sonny Dee, a World and Reserve World Champion halter horse sired by the AQHA hall of fame great Sonny Dee Bar. Red sonny Dee sired 26 World and Reserve World Champions. Red Sonny Dee is the great grand sire of Red Charisma, a leading sire of hunt seat performance winners.
Red Classy Dee is in the Mountain View Paint Horse Ranch Hall of Fame.
Cindy Lou earned a Top 5 finish at the APHA World Show in Yearling In Hand Trail with Sherry Marx and earned a Top 10 finish in Open Longe Line with Mark Kuhlwein. She earned the Ultimate Yearling awards at Copper Country Paint-O-Rama in 2008 and finished as the top yearling in Arizona in 2008.
Cindy Lou will be going under saddle in 2010 under Mark Kuhlwein, but as always, if you're interested in putting her in your barn, give us a call. We will begin breeding her as a 4 year old to our stand-out stallion, The Gift of Midas. Cindy Lou is eligible for the APHA Breeders Trust.
