Ranch House
The 3,000+ square foot house has 5 bedrooms, 2 ¾ baths, a new down stairs (walk in basement) kitchenette and a new roof. The living room has a full wall of windows in a cathedral ceiling with panoramic views of the highest peak of the McDowell Mountains. The house includes a 2 car covered carport, a large fully enclosed Arizona room and resort style pebble tech pool and spa.
Show Barns
The 1st show barn includes four 16' x 16' indoor foaling / show stalls. This barn can be expanded to 8 stalls and includes two roof mounted air-coolers. The 250 sq ft feed station, 250 sq foot work area and two 250 sq ft storage / tack areas can be converted to additional foaling stalls. The 2nd show barn includes 5 indoor / outdoor 12' x 24' stalls. This barn includes a full tack room.
Covered Outdoor Stalls
Three fully covered 16' x 20' - 3 walled stalls with 20 foot ceiling and automatic waterers. Great for stallions. All stalls are lit and treated with automatic fly spray systems.
Grass Paddocks
Two large paddocks with covers and shade trees.
Horse Working Facilities
The ranch includes a lighted working arena and a lighted covered roundpen.
