RANCH FACILITIES - PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ

The Prescott Valley, Arizona facility is a premier 10 acre horse breeding, training, boarding and rehabilitation facility located at 5,100 feet elevation in the Northern Arizona mountains.

 

Stallion Barn and Paddocks

• Horizon 4 stall barn and 200' by 100' paddock which is partitioned for each stallion with 6' high fencing. This barn is the home of Norfleets Super Sun and The Gift of Midas Two.

Breeding and Vet Barn

• This barn is the "home" of World Champion Stallion - The Gift of Midas. The barn includes covered and walled collection / insemination work areas, a breeding lab and three mare / rehab stalls. Felipe's barn is surrounded by northern Arizona cottonwood trees and he has a fruit orchard outside his covered run. From his stall, he can see all five of the paddocks that house his 15 broodmares!

Show Barn

• Castlebrook 12 stall barn including tack room and 20 foot runs off each stall. Stalls include automatic waterers and radiant heat lamps.

Mare Motel and Foal Turnout

• 9 mare foaling stalls measuring 16' by 20' each. All are covered, lit and near fully enclosed.
• 2,100 square foot / lit turnout for newborn foals and their dams.

Mare Paddocks

• 5 paddocks sized at 200' by 100', each with 1,600 square feet of shade covers. This is a full 3 acres of paddocks for mares and foals to wander about.

Foal Paddocks

• 2 paddocks sized at 200' by 135', each with shade covers.

Show Arena

• 240' x 140' roping sized arena with sand base.
